Lisa Waxman
Office Administrator and Director of Public Relations
Lisa is a graduate of Penn State University.  She has been part of our team since 1996. Her visionary ideas consistently add to the success of our practice.  With her educational background and hundreds of press releases about the wonderful and unique activities in our center, we have been featured in countless local, national as well as international public media formats. Always keeping technological innovation in the forefront, she also created and launched our first website in 1996 and since then, has greatly improved its features to what it is today. She takes pride in being the most active member of the team. Additionally, Lisa owns a personalized and invitation business, A Little Sunshine, where she produces innovative ideas for variety of events. In addition to her work expertise, she brings warmth, genuine compassion and dedication to our patients as well as the rest of the team.
 
 
Nicole Strasser
Surgical Team Leader and Implant Coordinator
Nicole is a graduate from the School for Graphic Design at The Art Institute of Philadelphia. She joined us in 1999 and brought her amazing warmth and her design talent to our center.  She is dedicated, focused and an experienced surgical assistant. She is also a certified laser technologist and is in charge of our laser and radiofrequency treatment of snoring and nasal congestion.  Additionally, Nicole helps to coordinate the continuing dental education seminars for dental practitioners. She is the key team member who is responsible for the smooth flow of the surgical suites. She takes pride in her organizational skills and is a wonderful reflection of our practice.
 
 
 
Jessica Leone
Patient Coordinator and Assistant Director of Communications
Jessica joined our practice in 2012 and is a pleasant new addition to our team that has impressed our patients as well as referring dental practitioners with her intelligence, kindness and compassion.  Jessica is a graduate of Philadelphia University where she obtained her degree in marketing. With her background, she has helped to launch our social media marketing, which has significantly improved the way we communicate with our patients. Her commitment to creating a welcoming and efficient environment is her top priority.
 
 

 
 
Jamel Sanders
Patient and Insurance Coordinator
Jamel joined our practice in 2009 after receiving her dental assistant certification from Thompson Institute. Jamel is a great asset to our center as she is one of our first responder to the patients and the referring doctors' calls. It is not too unusual that we receive an email or a letter thanking her for her masterful handling of a patient's issues.  This may include accommodating an emergency patient or managing their financial issues by contacting their insurance carrier in advance of patients getting to our center.  Following procedures she will call to ascertain satisfactory recovery as well as visits to the office. In addition to her work expertise, she brings warmth, genuine compassion and dedication to our patients. She will help you in scheduling your appointments in a timely manner and acts as a resource to answer questions regarding office policies or procedures.
 
Shanel Josey
Billing Coordinator
Shanel joined our practice in 2009 after graduating from Thompson Institute and receiving a certificate in the dental program. She is the key person in our billing department and is a huge asset to our team as she is able to assist in many departments within the practice from radiology to patient care to insurance issues. There is always a level of comfort when Shanel is taking care of anything or anyone in our office.

 
 
 
 
Zulay Reyes
Surgical and Anesthestic Team Coordinator
Zulay is joined our team in 2007 after receiving her dental assistant certification from Thompson Institute. Zulay's kindness, soft spoken voice and her charm makes our most apprehensive patient feel at ease. Zulay speaks fluent Spanish which gives us the additional opportunity to seamlessly communicate with those patients who only speak Spanish. Her presence is a great asset to the practice with impressive experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery. She is always there to lend a helping hand to anyone on our team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Shadiya Williams
Surgical Assistant and Information Coordinator
Shadiya joined our practice in 2010.  She graduated at the top of her class from the Harris School of Business. It's wonderful to have Shadiya on our staff because her versatility and friendly disposition is utilized both at the front desk and during surgery. She has a way about her where even the most apprehensive patients feel at ease when they are in her presence. Since we have upgraded to a chartless practice, Shadiya is responsible for coordinating all the digital information on each case to confirm preciseness and accuracy.
 
 
 
 
 
Ariadni Lopez
Surgical Assistant
She joined our practice in 2012. Ariadni graduated from Millersville University with a degree in music education. She is presently continuing her education at Harcum College to earn a degree in dental assisting. She has a pleasant smile and is always eager to help anywhere she can within the office. When she is not assisting in surgery, she is helping with sterilization and assisting in importing records into our digital file. Ariadni also speaks fluent Spanish which is a wonderful added benefit to our team. She is a wonderful member of our team and we are thrilled to have her.
