You will be provided with a table at the conference.  Time will be allotted for vendor demonstrations throughout the course of the event (before, during and after the lecture).  Please provide an electronic logo and description of your company to incorporate into the vendor presentation. You will also be given a list of all dentists who attend the lecture including office phone numbers for your follow-up and marketing needs.  Your representative(s) should plan to arrive and set up between 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM. We are having a CPR course (1 CE Credit) 4:00 PM– 5:00 PM (preceding the lecture) so many of the dentists will be arriving early for that. We recommend some kind of give away or special incentive at the event to further attract dentists to your table. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 610-667-6161.
