SPONSORSHIP DETAILS

We provide continuing education programs for dental professionals twice each year, bringing together hundreds of dentists and dental professionals from across the tri-state area. Our programs are accredited for continuing education credits through the Academy of General Dentistry’s PACE program, attracting a highly engaged audience committed to advancing their clinical knowledge, practice success and patient care.

We invite you to sponsor our upcoming event and connect directly with this targeted audience while showcasing your company and building valuable relationships with dental professionals. Our attendees have expressed a strong interest in products, services, technology and solutions that can help improve and grow their practices.

Sponsorship includes a 6-foot display table, dedicated opportunities to interact with attendees during the breakfast reception, scheduled break, and lunch, recognition with your electronic logo in our event materials, and a list of attending dentists approximately one week after the event.

Vendor representatives should arrive by 7:00 AM for setup. We encourage sponsors to offer a giveaway or raffle prize to help increase booth traffic and attendee engagement. Previous raffle prizes have included gift cards, gift baskets, AirPods, event tickets, and other promotional items. Raffle winners will be announced following lunch.
