Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

A set amount of time has been blocked for each patient. Therefore, it is important you take the time to confirm your scheduled appointment. You will receive a text and/or email confirmation request. You must confirm your appointment 48 business hours prior to your appointment (responding via text or phone). If we do not receive your confirmation, your appointment will be cancelled.

Please be aware that that if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 business hours notice, arrive late or miss your appointment, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE WHICH MUST BE PAID BEFORE RESCHEDULING. 

CANCELLATION FEES:

  • $25 for consultations
  • $50 for procedures
